Why Mensch Ware?

Mensch Ware was established in 2021 in Chicago, IL. Born out of a life long desire to create wry and fun products and enact some social change in the process. Mensch Ware is more than a brand that sells chazerai and tchotchkes, we are committed to making donations to causes that speak to us and make an impact on the lives of those most vulnerable.

With a lifelong love of social justice and civil rights, it became clear to me that these last several years have taken a toll on our souls. With over 35 years of retail and wholesale sales and marketing, I start this venture with the goal of healing, love, kindness and charity… and a little bit of laughter. Laughter is healing.

The word mensch is the cornerstone of all things good and means a person who does good deeds and is kind. We are launching with one product, Sh!tbags, and have several more in the works in various stages. Stay tuned and follow us on this journey.
